General Care

• Use a Windscreen Shade to prevent high heat and UV exposure when parked.
• Keep hands clean to reduce oil and dirt buildup.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or silicone-based cleaners.
  

Carbon Fibre

• Wipe with a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap if needed.
• Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
• Avoid abrasive pads or polishing compounds.

Leather

• Clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
• Condition every few months with a quality leather conditioner.
• Avoid alcohol or ammonia-based products.
  

Alcantara

• Brush gently or vacuum with a soft attachment to remove dust.
• Dab stains with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Allow to air dry naturally, out of direct sunlight.

Tip: Use a sunshade or steering wheel cover when parked to protect from UV damage and extend the life of the materials.

1. Return Policy

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be new, unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging and any supplied accessories.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We'll review your request and explain the next steps.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 days of approval and issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If a refund cannot be approved, we'll explain the reason. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests, subject to product availability and approval.

If you'd like to exchange an item, email us with your order number, the product you purchased and the item you'd prefer instead. We'll review your request and explain how to proceed.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we'll discuss the available options with you.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Return Shipping and Fees

All approved returns are handled by mail.

For approved returns, we'll provide a return label that you can download and print at no cost, in accordance with the return arrangements confirmed by our team. We do not charge restocking fees.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, return shipping and other reasonable costs will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

5. Order Cancellations

Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase quickly. We'll do our best to stop the order before processing or dispatch.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, please contact us to discuss the available options under our returns policy.

This cancellation period does not limit any rights available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Products Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted if a product has been installed, used, modified, damaged through misuse, or returned without essential components or accessories.
